This study aimed at exploring the attitudes of employees in government apparatus in Jordan, towards the organizational justice. A questionnaire was developed for this purpose , which consists of five dimensions: available opportunities, leadership, motivations and incentives, performance evaluation and the nature of work. A random sample of (459) employees has been selected from (25) ministries, central departments & public institutions. Data was analyzed via SPSS computer program to get the frequencies, means, percentages, T test and the one way of analysis of variance (ANOVA) was also applied. The study concluded that the attitudes of employees in government apparatus were generally moderate. The results also indicated that there were significant differences in organizational justice among employees with regard to gender, place of work and position. Significant differences in organizational justice among employees were not found with regard to experiences & qualifications. Based on the results, the study offers a number of recommendations and suggestions for further research.
