Strategies for managing organizational conflict among principals of basic schools in the university district and its relationship to administrative creativity
The current study aimed to identify the degree of application of organizational conflict management strategies for principals of basic schools in the university district from the teachers? point of view, to identify the level of administrative creativity they have, and to identify the relationship between organizational conflict management strategies and administrative creativity for principals and principals of basic schools in the university district The descriptive correlative approach was used, and a sample of the study population was selected in a stratified random manner, which consisted of (443) male and female teachers, and a questionnaire was developed for this, where the questionnaire consisted of two parts, the first part of the organizational conflict management strategy and consisted of (44) items.
It was distributed into (5) areas, while the second part dealt with administrative creativity and included (28) paragraphs distributed on (4) areas. The results also showed that the level of administrative creativity came to a high degree, and the results revealed a positive and statistically significant relationship between administrative creativity and organizational conflict management strategies.
