The Problems Encountered by Vocational Education Schools at Al-Mafraq Governorate as Perceived by Teachers in those Schools
The purpose of the study was to investigate the problems encountered by vocational education schools at Al-Mafraq governorate as perceived by teachers in those schools. The sample was drawn through comprehensive survey sampling consisting of (207) male and female teachers in the vocational schools. The researchers adopted the descriptive analytical approach as its is suitable to the nature of the study. The study concluded several findings such as: the level of the problems encountered by vocational education schools at Al-Mafraq governorate as perceived by teachers were in an average level; as the domains were as follows; vocational education processes, vocational education outcomes and vocational education inputs respectively. Further, the findings showed that there significant statistical differences attributed to gender and years of experience in all domains of the problems encountered by the vocational education schools. The findings showed that there are significant statistical differences attributed to scientific qualification variable in the vocational education processes domain.
