The Degree of Availability of Leadership Characteristics for Graduate Students (A Comparative Study Between Jordan and Saudi Arabia)
The study aimed to identify the degree of availability of pioneering characteristics for graduate students, "a comparative study between Jordan and Saudi Arabia." A random stratified sample was selected, consisting of (400) male and female students, and the descriptive survey method was used, and a questionnaire consisting of (56) paragraphs distributed across five areas were used (achievement, independence and responsibility, initiative and risk bearing, creativity and innovation, ability to solve the problems). Its honesty and reliability were confirmed. The study reached the following results: The degree of availability of pioneering characteristics for graduate students in Jordan and Saudi Arabia from their point of view came medium, in all fields.
- There were no statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample individuals about the degree of availability of the pioneering characteristics of graduate students in Jordan and Saudi Arabia from their point of view attributed to the university.
- There are statistically significant differences in the average responses of the study sample individuals about the degree of availability of the pioneering characteristics of graduate students in Jordan and Saudi Arabia from their point of view due to the gender variable and the differences came in favor of males. In the light of the results of the study, the researchers recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which are: Establishing a clear and specific strategy that can be followed to reach a high level of leadership characteristics for postgraduate and elementary students in Arab universities
