Finite groups whose every p-subgroup is nearly S-permutably Embedded

We call a subgroup H nearly S-permutably embedded in a group G if a Sylow p-subgroup of H is a Sylow p-subgroup of some nearly S-permutable subgroup in G. In this paper we introduce the class E ns of all groups G in which every p-subgroup is nearly S-permutably embedded. Some properties of E ns groups are established. The relation between E ns -groups and other group classes (defined by means of nearly S- permutability) is discussed.
