Al al-Bayt University Launches the National Horizons Forum for Technology and Artificial Intelligence 2025 Under the Patronage of the University President

Under the patronage of the President of Al al-Bayt University, Professor Osama Nusier, the National Horizons Forum for Technology and Artificial Intelligence 2025 kicks off at Al al-Bayt University in cooperation with the "Technology Horizons Team," which is one of the most prominent youth technical events in the Kingdom, with the participation of a selection of experts and specialists in the fields of artificial intelligence, entrepreneurship, and cybersecurity.


The head of the Mafraq Governorate Council Committee, Engineer Majdi Al-Amoush, said in his speech that this forum comes in realization of the royal visions to support youth in the information technology sector and link education outputs to the labor market, as Al al-Bayt University holds this forum in partnership with civil society institutions as the training and academic incubator in the Mafraq Governorate.


This forum comes at the invitation of the Technology Horizons Team, which was founded and launched from Al al-Bayt University, headed by Engineer Adnan Qazan and the team's advisor, Engineer Ashraf Jarar. The forum aims to highlight the latest trends in technology and artificial intelligence and their role in supporting digital transformation and building the future of skills and enhancing innovation and technical entrepreneurship among young people, in addition to discussing advanced cybersecurity issues and protecting the digital infrastructure.


The forum included three main sessions that dealt with artificial intelligence, digital transformation, and the future of skills in Jordan, in which the Director of the Center for Consulting, Training and Capacity Building at Al al-Bayt University, Dr. Saif Rababaa, the Director of the National Center for Training and Qualification of Trainees at Al-Balqa Applied University, Dr. Jawdat Al-Kasasbeh, and the Director of Digital Transformation at the Amman Chamber of Industry, Engineer Lina Al-Hashki, spoke.


The second session discussed the theme of technical entrepreneurship and youth innovation, in which the Assistant General Comptroller of Companies, Engineer Hashem Al-Harash, the Executive Director of AI Hub Company, Engineer Tariq Al-Masaeed, and the Director of the Center of Excellence for Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Al al-Bayt University, Dr. Hatem Al-Masaeed, spoke, while the third session discussed the theme of advanced cybersecurity and protection of the digital infrastructure, in which Engineer Muhannad Zaroor from Amn Al-Taqnia for Consulting and Training, Engineer Suhaib Al-Rousan from the National Center for Cybersecurity, and Dr. Amjad Qutaish from Al al-Bayt University spoke. The sessions were moderated by the head of the Technology Horizons Team, Engineer Adnan Qazan, and Israa Al-Badareen.


The forum, which was hosted by Engineer Farah Abu Asaba, witnessed a wide academic and youth presence and great interest from experts and those interested in the technology and digital transformation sector.
