I hope that you will find in it a true reflection of the faculty's aspirations and mission to build a generation that is knowledgeable, skilled, and well-qualified in the fields of Physical Education, Movement Science, and Applied Sports Sciences.
The Faculty consists of two main departments:
- Department of Physical Education
- Department of Kinesiology and Applied Sports
We are keen to listen to your constructive suggestions and ideas that contribute to the development of our academic and practical programs, as we continuously strive to keep pace with modern developments in education and scientific research at both regional and international levels.
It is also our honor to welcome our dear students from within the Kingdom and our fellow students from other Arab countries. Through our dedicated academic and administrative staff, we strive to provide a learning environment filled with warmth, knowledge, and professionalism, one that focuses on developing students' skills and enhancing their ethical and athletic values.
The Faculty places great emphasis on the continuous development of its academic programs and study plans to ensure that our students receive the highest quality education. We are proud to possess modern and advanced sports facilities, including well-equipped classrooms, a state-of-the-art swimming pool, and an air-conditioned multi-purpose sports hall used for practical courses. In addition, the Faculty has several specialized halls such as the Gymnastics Hall, Weight Training Hall, Tennis Hall, Martial Arts Hall, and Squash Hall, among others — all designed to support the teaching and training process.
As part of its future vision, the Faculty is working to expand its academic offerings by launching a Master's Program in Applied Sports Sciences at the beginning of 2026, which will be the first of its kind in the region. All necessary measures are being taken to ensure its success and distinction both locally and internationally.
Furthermore, the Faculty is actively working towards obtaining academic quality accreditation from the Higher Education Accreditation and Quality Assurance Commission in Jordan, as well as pursuing international accreditations for its departments through well-planned and systematic approaches that uphold standards of excellence and leadership.
