Higher Diploma Programs
In the context of the orientations of the Ministry of Education to improve the level of its teachers through granting them certificates that enable them to achieve progress in their careers, the Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al al-Bayt University updated the diploma plans in order to upgrade from the level of vocational diploma to the level of higher diploma. Thus, the number of credit hours has become (27) instead of (24) hours. In addition, the courses in the various diploma programs have been updated. The first batch was graduated, and the certificates were accredited by the Ministry of Higher Education and the Ministry of Education as a higher diploma not vocational diploma.
The Faculty of Educational Sciences at Al al-Bayt University offers three specialties of higher diploma level:
First: Education Diploma:
This certificate of Diploma is considered to be a qualification for the teacher of different majors. It qualifies him/her to upgrade the level of his/her career. Also, it might be one of the requirements to promote the teacher to the post of educational supervisor. The Education Diploma study plan consists of two parts:

Second: School Administration Diploma:
This certificate of diploma gives the teacher an opportunity to move towards administration, whether principal assistant or principal. It is the first step for the teacher to be principal. The School Administration Diploma plan consists of two parts:

Third: Learning Disabilities Diploma:
This certificate of diploma gives its holder the opportunity to transfer to the resource room to deal with students with learning disabilities. The plan consists of two parts:

Admission Requirements of Diploma Programs
Candidates for admission to the Higher Diploma Program must have a bachelor degree or what equivalent from a university recognized by Al al-Bayt University.
