The Director’s Message
The
Finance Department was established at the beginning of the founding of
Al al-Bayt University. It spared no effort in advancing the university’s
march forward and raising it to the desired level.
A
distinguished group of experienced and specialized accountants and
administrators works to carry out the tasks of the Finance Department.
The regulations and instructions have been transformed into accounting
computer programs that are distinguished by their specificity among
universities. Within its strategic plan, the Department seeks to fully
automate its work and rely on information technology to provide its
services.
The
staff of the Finance Department consists of (42) male and female
employees, distributed according to the nature of the tasks entrusted to
them between the administration and divisions of the budget, revenues,
expenditures, salaries, insurances, costs, electronic services, bank
account management, end-of-service benefits, subsidized projects,
auditing and the divan.
The
work of the Finance Department is linked to all academic,
administrative and technical colleges, institutes, and departments of
the university through carrying out the university's various financial
activities, whether related to expenditures such as bids, purchases and
salaries or related to revenues such as student fees, investment returns
and others.
