The Availability of the National Loyalty Implications in the National and Civic Education Books for the Eighth and Tenth Grade Students.
This study aimed to reveal the national loyalty implications through analyzing the implications of the national and civic education books of the eighth and tenth grades with their two parts. The study adopted the descriptive, analytical approach through preparing the analysis questionnaire consisting of four fields, namely: (loyalty to the political system, loyalty to the place, loyalty to the people, and loyalty to the world).
The study concluded that the implications of the loyalty to the political system in the national education book of the eighth grade had 186 frequencies followed by the implications of the loyalty to the place by 22 frequencies, the implications of the loyalty to the people by 23 frequencies and loyalty to the world by 173 frequencies. The implications of the loyalty to the political system in the national education book of the tenth grade had 204 frequencies followed by those of the second field by 79 frequencies, those of the third field by 54 frequencies and those of the fourth field by 98. Accordingly, the study recommended reconsidering the distribution of the fields of the national loyalty implications to all the study units and taking into account the integration among the curricula as well as the vertical and horizontal expansion in education.
