The degree of practicing innovative leadership among faculty members in the colleges of education in Jordan from the perspective of students
This study aimed to identify the degree of innovative leadership practices among faculty members in education colleges in Jordan from students perspectives, the study apply analytical approach, the study sample consist of (305) students chose randomly from different education colleges in Jordan, the results shown that the perspectives of study sample about innovative leadership practice were medium, the results also indicated that there was no statistically significant difference between the average of responses perspectives on the total score of the questionnaire attributed to the gender, and there is a statistically significant difference between the average of responses perspectives on the total score of the questionnaire attributed to educational level and age. The study recommended the education colleges in Jordan to direct their efforts to enhance and encourage faculty members to practice innovative leadership and adopt innovative principles in the educational process.
