The degree of application of the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its faculty

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its faculty members. The study population consisted of all the 354 faculty members at Al al-Bayt University. The study sample was chosen by a simple random method, and the sample consisted of (117) members, and the descriptive survey method was used for its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of application of the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders came to a moderate degree
