The Effect of Applying Electronic Management Systems on Job Performance at Al al-Bayt University.
The Study Aimed to Identify the of Applying Electronic Management Systems on Job Performance at Al al-Bayt University. To Achieve the Aim of The Study, a Questionnaire Consisting of (27) Items was developed, its validity and reliability were Ascertained, and Then it Was Distributed to the Study Sample Consisting of (55) Deans and Department Heads. Descriptive Survey Method was Used. The Results of the Study Showed That the Effect of Applying Electronic Management Systems on Job Performance at Al al-Bayt University from the Viewpoint of The Study Sample Members was of a Moderate Degree, And There are Statistically Significant Differences Between the Arithmetic Averages Attributed to The Gender Variable and Attributed to the Benefit of Males. There are no Statistically Significant Differences Between the Arithmetic Means Due to the Experience Variable. There were no Statistically Significant Differences Between Attributed to The Variable of Academic Rank, and The Study Recommended, in Light of These Results, Fully Activating Electronic Management and Converting All Academic and Administrative Procedures That are Carried out in The Traditional Way to Electronic, Establishing Systems, Laws and Legislations That Govern Electronic Transactions.
