The Degree of Applying the Principles of Agile Leadership by School Administrations and its Relationship with Building Organizational Reputation from the Point of View of Private School Teachers in the University District
This study aimed to identify the school administration?s application of the principles of agile leadership and its relationship to building organizational reputation from the viewpoint of private school teachers in the university?s banner, and the relationship of gender variables, the educational qualification, and experience in that, and the study sample consisted of (472) teachers, and a tool was developed To measure the variables of the study and the first part is: To measure the extent to which school administrations apply the principles of agile leadership and consisted of (6) areas which are: (the characteristic of humility, the characteristic of calmness, the characteristic of patience, the characteristic of patience, the characteristic of trust), and the second part deals with building organizational reputation and formed Of (3) areas which are: (creativity, social responsibility, quality of service) and their honesty and consistency were verified, and the results of the study showed that the application of the private school departments in the university district to the principles of agile leadership from the viewpoint of teachers and the degree of practicing the six sub-fields is high, as it showed Results: There were no statistically significant differences attributable to the relationship of sex, while differences were found in the light of the variables of the academic qualification and years of experience in all magazines. For agile leadership as a whole according to the variable of experience, the highest arithmetic mean for the level of experience (more than 10 years), and the most prominent differences were on the characteristic of patience and the lowest differences on the calm feature and all in favor of the level of experience (more than 10 years), and the results showed that there were differences between averages for areas of reputation Organizational from the viewpoint of teachers of private schools in the university district due to the gender variable, and the absence of statistically significant differences attributable to the variable of the educational qualification, and finally the results showed a relationship between the application of private school administrations in the university district to the principles of agile leadership and dimensions of organizational reputation, the most prominent of which was between creativity and social responsibility And the lowest between calmness and the quality of service, and the study recommended the need to pay attention to indicators of agile leadership, especially in the educational sector, because of its importance in its societal considerations, the quality of the services provided and reduce waste and reduce costs, and the need to provide clear foundations and standards in providing requirements for agile leadership principles, because of their Effects on the quality of services provided by one hand, and its important role i
