The Role of the Educational Supervisor in Improving the School Climate of Ramtha Education Directorate
The study aimed to identify The Role of the Educational Supervisor in Improving the School Climate of Ramtha Education Directorate District, and the effect of the variables (gender, educational qualification, Specialization, Years of experience). The sample of the study consisted of (195) male and female teachers. To achieve the objectives of the study, a tool was constructed to measure the variables of the study. It consisted of (40) paragraphs divided into five fields (School administration relationship with teachers, The relationship of teachers with students, School administration relationship with students, School's relationship with the local community, Create the appropriate physical environment for learning), The descriptive descriptive approach was also used. The results of the study showed that the role of the educational supervisor in improving the school climate in the Directorate of Education in Ramtha region came to a moderate degree. The fields were ranked in descending order respectively (School administration relationship with teachers, teacher relationship with students, school administration relationship with students, school relationship with the local community, creating an appropriate physical environment for learning). All domains came at moderate degree. The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of (? ? 0.05) due to the impact of gender, scientific qualification, Specialization in all fields. The results also showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (? ?0.05) in the average responses of the study sample individuals due to the effect of years of experience on all fields and the total field and in favor of short experience. In light of the results, the study recommended a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the transfer of experiences between the school community and the educational supervisor in a manner that is appropriate for both parties.
