Abstract: This study aimed to investigate the relationship between using social media by students at Al al-Bayt University and their social, economic, and political attitudes. The randomized sample consisted of 371 male and female students who use social media. The means and standard deviation for the total score and the dimension of the scale revealed that using social media does affect the attitudes of the student. One Way ANOVA revealed a significant difference in based on the kind of social media. Furthermore it revealed a significant difference in the effect of using social media on the attitudes of the students due to the level of their education. However it showed no significant difference in their attitudes due to the sex. These finding were discussed in the context of the past studies and the evidence gathered in this research. (137 words).
