The Role of Directed Physical Activity at the Reduction of Psychological Stress among High Elementary Students in Northern Badia
The study aimed to investigate the effect of using (5Es) learning cycle model in the outcome and the development of creative thinking among students in seventh grade in Arabic language course in Alqaser/ Karak Governorate. The sample size of the study was (60) students of seventh grade from Alqaser Male Secondary School. The students were distributed randomly into two groups one is experimental and the other is control, the teaching method for each group was chosen randomly. The experimental group consisted of 32 students who have been taught according to a strategy based on (5Es) learning cycle model, the control group consisted of 28 students have been taught in traditional way. This study aimed at identifying the degree of influence of physical activity directed to the reduction of stress in the high elementary stress of the Northern Badia. The study population consisted of all students in the basic upper stage in the Northern Badia the researcher Chose (145) students purposefully. for the purposes of the study, the researcher used the questionnaire for the data collection. It consisted of two parts: the first, includes personal information, such as gender, and it describes the effect of directed physical activity to the reduction of stress, and after data collection and discharged process using statistical and descriptive analysis. The study showed the following: the results of degree of influence of suitable consists of (20) physical activity directed in the reduction of stress at higher primary school students in the Northern Badia is (high) with a mean (3.80: 5.00), and there are no differences attributed to the variable of gender. In the light of the results of this study, the researcher recommended a number of recommendations.
