The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers according to Total quality management standards in north-east Badia region

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of physical education teachers according to Total quality management standards in north-east Badia region. The population of the study consisted of all male and female physical education teachers in the schools of north-east Badia District, the population is considered to be the sample of the study totaling (158) male and female physical education teachers. To achieve the aim of the study a questionnaire was administrated to collect data. The findings of the study showed that evaluation the performance of physical education teachers according to Total quality management standards in north-east Badia region was in an average level with a mean of (3,54: 5.00). Moreover, there were no significant statistical differences in the evaluation the performance of physical education teachers according to Total quality management standards in north-east Badia region attributed to scientific qualification and experience on the tool as a whole. Based on the findings of the study the study presented several recommendations.
