The training needs of managers of institutions Intellectual disability in Jordan اعداد
Abstract The present study aimed to identify the managers Intellectual disability institutions Statistics and medium training needs in Jordan. The study sample consisted of (70) as director of Intellectual disability institutions in Jordan, they have been selected according to random way. Was built where the questionnaire consisted of (63) items represent the most important managers of disability organizations mental training needs, and ensure him the answer to these paragraphs are five levels (very great need, more earnestly: large, medium need, need a few, very few need). The results indicated that high institutional managers need for training in the following training areas: planning, organization and management development, administrative leadership, crisis management, quality control, performance evaluation, professional development for employees, contact. Results of the study also showed that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (? = 0.05) averages, standard deviations, the study estimates that members of the training needs are attributable to variable Years of Experience n light of the findings, the study recommends the establishment of the ministry trained Intellectual disability institutions managers in the field of planning, quality control, and performance evaluation, communication, management, leadership, and professional development for employees, organization and management development, and crisis management.
