The Effectiveness of a Program Based on Behavioral Behavior Analysis to Develop Self-Care Skills for Children with Autism Spectrum Disorder in Jordan.
Abstract The study aims at developing a suggested model to special education organizations and centers for selecting the field training students at al-Bayt University .The study sample involves all the teaching staff members in the faculty of education. The study instrument consisted of five main dimensions and 62 main indicators. The results indicate that the total degree of the instrument dimensions as a whole was medium with a mean of (2.08), whereas there was only one dimension with a high degree which is the academic supervision with an average (2.68). On the other hand, there were four dimensions with medium degree organized as follow: The efficiency dimension of the special education organizations and centers management with an average (1.99), the dimension of the features and aspects of the cooperative teacher, the dimensions of the characteristics of the special education organizations and centers selected for training with an average (1.87). The model suggests creating an integrated system consists of the elements of the instrument dimensions to help the special education organizations and centers for training select field training students in the university.
