The degree of application of total quality management by school principals of the Northwestern Badia Education District and its relationship to sustainable professional development for teachers.
This study aimed to identify the Degree of application Total Quality Management by Principals of Northwestern Badia Schools and its Relationship to Sustainable Development for Teachers from the teacher's point of view. To achieve the objective of this study, the descriptive survey correlational approach was followed and a random simple consisting of (300) male and female teachers from the Directorate of Education at Northwestern Badia District, was selected. questionnaire was administrated. It consisted of two section, the first to Total Quality Management, the second section to sustainable Development for Teachers. The results of the study showed that the degree of the applying Total Quality Management by Principals of Northwestern Badia Schools from the teacher's point of view was high in all domains .The level of sustainable professional development for teachers was high in all domains from the teacher's point of view . The results of the study showed a statistically significant positive relationship between the domains of Total Quality Management and domains of Sustainable Development for Teachers. Based on the findings the study presented several recommendation, most important are: Organizing workshops for school principals to guide teachers to conduct research. Coordination between school principals and the Information Technology Department to provide the modern technologies necessary to serve the educational process.
