The Degree of Practicing Transformational Leadership Behavior by Educational Supervisors in Northeastern Desert Directorate of Education from Teachers? Point of View
"The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing transformational leadership behavior by educational supervisors in northeastern desert directorate of education from teachers? point of view. The study population consisted of all male and female teachers in the schools of the northeastern desert directorate of education. They were 3048 male and female teachers. The study sample was chosen by the random-sample method, and it consisted of 344 male and female teachers. The descriptive survey method was used to suit the nature of the study. The study concluded with a number of results. The most important of which was that the degree of practicing transformational leadership behavior was moderate. The results of the study also indicated that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the academic qualification variable in all fields, and that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the gender variable and years of experience in all fields. The study recommended a set of recommendations, including the relationship between the educational supervisor and the teacher be characterized by trust, and the need for educational supervisors to focus on developing teachers? leadership skills."
