The Relationship of Administrative Training for School Principals in the Directorate of Education of the North-Western Badia Brigade with the Level of Organizational Development
The study aimed to identify the degree of appreciation of the principals of the north-western Badia schools for the importance of management training and its relationship with the level of organizational development. To achieve the objective of the study, the descriptive method of the correlation survey was used, and an intentional sample consisting of (145) managers and managers was selected, a questionnaire was developed consisting of two axes was applied to them, the first was to measure the degree of assessment of the importance of management training consisting of (16) paragraphs distributed over three areas: (administrative, technical and social), and the second axis was to measure the level of organizational development consisting of (21) paragraphs distributed over four areas: (Administrative Procedures, Development and evaluation of human resources, organizational structure and technological means), after verifying and its constancy. The study found that the degree of appreciation of the importance of management training among the principals of the north-western Badia schools from their point of view came to a very large degree. The results of the study also indicated that the level of organizational development among the principals of the north-western Badia schools, from their point of view, came to a significant degree. The results of the study also showed a statistically significant positive correlation between the fields of management training and the fields of organizational development.
