The prevailing organizational culture in schools of education in Jerash Governorate and its relationship to the job integration of teachers
The study aimed to determine the level of organizational culture and its relationship to job integration. The study sample consisted of 367 teachers who were selected randomly. The results showed that the level of organizational culture was high, and there were no differences in organizational culture due to gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. The level of job integration was high, and there were no differences in job integration due to gender, years of experience, and educational qualification.
