The Degree of Application of the Dimensions of Wise Leadership by School Principals at Jordanian North Eastern Badia and its Relationship to Teachers? Organizational Loyalty
This study aimed to identify the degree to which school principals at Jordanian North Eastern Badia apply the dimensions of wise leadership and its relationship to teachers? organizational loyalty. The study sample consisted of (408) male and female teachers at Jordanian North Eastern Badia who were chosen by simple random sampling technique. The descriptive correlational survey approach used in this study. To achieve the study?s goal, two questionnaires were used as the research instrument for collecting. The study revealed the following results: 1) The degree to which school principals at Jordanian North Eastern Badia apply the dimensions of wise leadership was high and the teachers? organizational loyalty was high. 2) The results showed a positive statistically significant relationship between the degree of application of the dimensions of wise leadership by school principals and teachers? organizational loyalty. In light of the study results, the most prominent of recommendations were: The need to enhance the application of wise leadership dimensions by school principals; Directing the attention of leaders in the Ministry of Education to the importance of paying attention to the issue of organizational loyalty.
