There are basic classes of school directorates in Al-Muflaq Governorate and their relationships to the quality of education
This study aimed to investigate the relationship between organizational agility among primary school principals in Al-Mafraq Governorate and the quality of education. Furthermore, the study aimed to identify statistically significant differences in the mean ratings of the study's participants attributed to variables such as gender, educational qualification, and years of experience. The researcher employed a descriptive-analytical methodology, utilizing a random sample consisting of 145 principals from primary schools in Al-Mafraq Governorate, the results indicated that participants' responses to the overall score of the organizational agility questionnaire among primary school principals in Al-Mafraq Governorate and its correlation with the quality of education were moderate. There were no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of participants' responses to the overall questionnaire score based on gender, years of experience, and educational qualification. The study recommended enhancing the quality of education by providing training for primary school principals. This training would bolster organizational agility, promote the exchange of experiences, and facilitate workshops to foster collaboration and innovation, Furthermore, the study suggested leveraging technology to enhance organizational flexibility and facilitate effective communication. It emphasized creating a work environment that stimulates innovation and continuous development. The study also highlighted the importance of continuous assessment to ensure ongoing improvement, in parallel with institutional cooperation and the adoption of modern techniques.
