The Degree of Practice of School Teachers in the Basic Stage apply to the Skill of Formulating Behavioral Objectives.
This study aimed to know the degree of practice to the skills of formulating behavioral objectives by school teachers in the basic stage. This was done by schools headmasters and educational supervisors, taking in consideration the variables of: sex and occupation. The sample was chosen by random method, and it was consisted of (75) supervisors and (150) headmasters. For data collection questionnaire was developed after validity and reliability were checked. The proper statistical methods and tools used were the mean, standard deviation and T-test to identify the effects of sex and profession. Study results showed that the field of formulating behavioral objectives rated the highest by supervisors, whereas, the field of criteria ranked the highest by principals. The study showed no statistical differences for the variable of sex except in the field of formulating behavioral objectives, for the benefit of male supervisors. In the light of study findings a number of recommendations were suggested.
