The Degree of Application of Digital Management Among the Principals of the Schools of the Directorate of Education of the Mafraq Kasbah.
The Study aimed to identify the Degree of Application of digital Management among School Principals of the Directorate of Education for the Mafraq District from the Teachers' Point of View, and to Know the Impact of each Variable of Gender, Academic Qualification and years of Experience on the Responses of the Sample Members. The study followed the Descriptive survey method, using a tool Consisting of (24) items. It is divided into four areas (Vision, Administrative Empowerment, Human Resource Management, and Technical Environment). The validity and reliability of the tool were verified, and the study sample consisted of (365) teachers who were chosen by the simple random method. The study Reached the Following Results: The degree of Application of Digital Management among School Principals of the Directorate of Education for the Mafraq District from the Teachers' point of view was Medium, and the fields ranked in Descending order (Human Resource Management, Vision, Administrative Empowerment, and Technical Environment) and all their fields came in a Degree of Application Medium. The Results also Showed that there were no Statistically Significant Differences due to Gender, Educational Qualification and years of Experience. In light of the Results, the study Recommended a Number of Recommendations, the most Important of which are: Activating the uses of Technical media in Administrative and Educational Processes in Schools.
