The Level of Creative Behavior among Workers in the Directorates of Education in Zarqa Governorate

The study aimed to identify the level of creative behavior of employees in the directorates of education in Zarqa Governorate from their point of view, and to know the effect of each of the variables of gender, academic qualification, years of experience and directorate on the responses of the sample members, and used the descriptive survey method, using a tool consisting of (20) distributed paragraphs. On three areas: (problem solving, initiative and risk taking, and innovative thinking). Its validity and reliability were verified, and the study sample consisted of (152) employees who were selected by the simple random method. The study reached the following results: From their point of view, the level of creative behavior among workers in the directorates of education in Zarqa Governorate was high. The results also showed the presence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of sex, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the variable of academic qualification, years of experience and directorate. In light of the results, the study recommended a number of recommendations, the most important of which are: Providing material capabilities for workers to do their work in a way that enhances the development of creative behavior to face obstacles.
