The Degree of Practicing Leadership skills and its Relationship to Organizational Innovation among Leaders at Al al-Bayt University
The Study Aimed to Identify the Degree of Practicing Leadership Skills and their Relationship to Organizational Innovation among Leaders at Al al-Bayt University. A Stratified Random Sample was Selected, Consisting of (273) Individuals, and Used the Descriptive Correlative Survey Method, and used a Questionnaire Consisting of two Axes, the first Consisting of (30) items to Measure Leadership skills are divided into four areas: (achievement, exclusivity, initiative, and risk). The second axis consisted of (20) paragraphs to measure organizational innovation, divided into three areas: (administrative innovation, knowledge innovation, and innovation in the work environment). Its validity and reliability were confirmed. The study reached the following results: The degree of practicing leadership skills among leaders at Al al-Bayt University.. came to a medium degree in all fields. The level of organizational innovation was average in all fields. The results indicated that there is a positive, direct, statistically significant correlation between the degree of practicing leadership leadership skills and the level of organizational innovation.
