Management by Objectives and its Relationship to the Application of Total Quality Management Standards among Administrators at Al Al-Bayt University/Jordan

This study aimed to identify the degree of leadership practice in the goals and their relation to the implementation of the TQM standards among the administrative leaders of Al Al-Bayt University. The study sample consisted of (155) employees of Al-Bayt University who were chosen by the random stratified method. The results of the study showed that the degree of leadership practice with the objectives of the administrative leaders at Al-Bayt University from the point of view of their employees was average with an average of( 3.26). The degree of application of TQM standards among the administrative leaders at Al-Bayt University from the point of view of the average employees was( 3.44). The results of the study showed a statistically significant positive relationship ( ?? 0.01)between the degree of leadership practice with the goals and the implementation of the TQM standards among the administrative leaders at Al-Bayt University. In the light of the results reached, the researcher recommends a number of recommendations, the most important of which is to involve the staff in all administrative efforts and processes to define the university's objectives and to implement the TQM standard.
