The reality of E-learning in the Northeastern Badia Education Schools from the Teachers ?point of view.
The study aimed to identify the reality of E-learning in the northeastern Badia education schools from the teachers ?point of view. The study population consisted of all the teachers of the northeastern Badia Education Schools, who numbered (2993) teachers, distributed among (167) schools. The study sample was chosen by a simple random method, The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool for data collection, and the sample consisted of (483) teachers, and the descriptive survey approach was used to suit the nature of the study. The results of the study indicated that there are statistically significant differences due to the variable of gender, educational qualification, and years of experience in all areas of the reality of E-learning. The study reached a set of recommendations, the most important of which were: that training programs related to e-learning be built according to the training needs of teachers, and that the training programs provided to teachers take into account the individual differences between them in how to deal with e-learning techniques, and that e-learning takes into account the individual differences of students.
