The degree of application of the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its faculty.

The study aimed to identify the degree of application of the Kaizen strategy among academic leaders at Al al-Bayt University from the viewpoint of its faculty members. The researchers used the questionnaire as a tool to collect data about the study. The study sample was chosen by a simple random method, and the sample consisted of (117) members, and the descriptive survey method was used for its suitability to the nature of the study, and the study concluded with a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of application of the Kaizen strategy came to a moderate degree. The results of the study indicated that there were statistically significant differences attributed to the variable of sex and academic name in all areas of application of the Kaizen strategy.
