: The role of school administration in developing creativity among students in public schools in light of the Corona pandemic in Jordan and Palestine
This study aimed to identify the role of school management in the development of
creativity among students in public schools under the Corona pandemic in Jordan and
Palestine, and to achieve the goal of the study was based on the analytical descriptive
curriculum, where a questionnaire consisting of (45) paragraphs was developed,
distributed in five areas, and after verifying its sincerity and stability was distributed to
a sample of (50) from the original study community, and was processed statistically
using the program of statistical packages (SPSS)where the study found that there is a
role of study Senior school management in the development of creativity among students
in public schools under the Corona pandemic in Jordan and Palestine, and it was also
found that there were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance
(0.05? ?)in the averages responded The study sample members examined the role of
school management in developing creativity among students in public schools in light
of the Corona pandemic in Jordan and Palestine according to the country's variable,
but it was found that there are statistically significant differences at the level of
significance (0.05? ?)In the average responses of the study sample members the role
of school management in the development of creativity among students in public schools
under the Corona pandemic in Jordan and Palestine according to the variable of
scientific qualification and years of experience ,and based on the results of this study,
the researchers recommended several recommendations based on the results of the
study, the most important of which is that school principals should continue to use
methods that increase creativity among students..
