The effectiveness of the educational leadership course for school principals in Mafraq Governorate
This study aimed at determining the degree of effectiveness of the educational leadership training course on Mafraq school principals? of Mafraq schools from the point of view of their teachers and the effect of the variables (gender, academic qualification and years of experience). The study sample consisted of (524) teachers and teachers who were randomly selected, , The study tool consisted of (43) paragraphs divided into six areas: (leadership, values, vision, leadership centered on education, planning, change, evaluation, communication, resource management, self development). The study reached the following results: The effectiveness of the educational leadership course among the principals of Mafraq governorate came from the point of view of the average teachers. The fields were ranked in descending order (resource management, leadership, values, vision, self development, planning, change and evaluation, leadership centered on education, ), All of which were of medium size. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences due to the effect of the years of experience, the experience category (11) years and above, and the absence of statistically significant differences due to the impact of gender and scientific qualification. In light of the results reached, the study recommended a number of recommendations, including training courses for trainers so that they can acquire the training skills of their counterparts in the Queen Rania Academy, namely trainees in the field and their evaluation according to the training skills they have been trained.
