The degree of the principals of the Zarqa Governorate education schools for transformational leadership
The study aimed to identify the degree of participating and the transformational leadership and its relationship with the effectiveness of the educational decisions among the principals of Zarqa education school from the view point of the teachers, And to demonstrate the influence of the gender and the qualification on the degree of practicing the transformational leadership and the effectiveness of the educational decisions. The descriptive, survey and correlative methodology have been used because of its appropriateness to the nature of the study. The questionnaire has been developed in order to measure the transformational leadership. It consisted of (28) section distributed in the following fields: (attraction, individual legal, intellectual motivation and intellectual stimulation). The population of the study (6641) consisted of all male and female teachers in the first and second Zarqa education schools. The sample was chosen by the simple random manner and it was (375) male and female teachers. The study proved the following results: The degree of participating the transformational leadership and its relationship with the effectiveness of the educational decisions among the principals of Zarqa education schools from the viewpoint of the teachers was medium. In addition, all fields are respectively medium (attraction, individual legal, intellectual motivation and intellectual stimulation. The results indicated that there were statistically significant differences at the level (0.05??) in the responses of the sample due to the variable of gender. The differences were in favor of the males. The results also proved statistically significant differences at the level (0.05??) due to the variable of qualification and the differences were in favor of the bachelor. In addition, statistically significant differences in intellectual stimulation individualized consideration because the experience. The differences in intellectual stimulation between short level of experience (less than 5 years), the long experience (10 years or more) and the differences favor to the long experience (10 years or more). In the field of individual consideration, the differences between the intermediate experience (5-10 years), the long experience (10 years or more), and the differences favor to the long experience. The results indicated that no statistical significance differences due to the specialization variable. In the light of the study, the two researchers recommended to increase the level of awareness of the importance of practicing the transformational leadership among the school principal through providing awareness-raising lecture, thus reflecting on their behavioral level inside the school.
