Degree of Availability of Psychological Security for the Administrative Staff at Al-al-Bayt University
This study aimed to identify the degree of availability of psychological security for the administrative staff at Al-al-Bayt University. The study sample consisted of (418) workers. A questionnaire was developed consisting of (68) items divided into five areas (anxiety, reassurance, psychological optimism, confidence, and social relations). Validity and reliability of the questionnaire have been verified. The study achieved the following results: The availability of psychological security among the administrative staff at Al-al-Bayt University from their point of view was generally low. The order of the areas was as follows: (Anxiety, social relations, psychological confidence, confidence), respectively. There were no statistically significant differences at the level of significance (?= 0.05) in the responses of the sample of the study according to gender and years of experience variables. There were statistically significant differences at the level of significance (?= 0.05) in the responses of the sample members of the study due to the variable of scientific qualification and job title. In the light of these findings, the study recommended a number recommendations, including: Enhancing the sense of psychological security among the administrative staff at Al-Bayt University by identifying their needs and satisfying them, and paying attention to their social aspect
