The Degree of Administrative Transparency in the Schools of the Eastern North Badia from the Point of view of Teachers and Teachers
The study aimed to identify the degree of administrative transparency in the schools of the Eastern North Badia from the point of view of teachers and teachers. The study population consists of all (2605) teachers and teachers of the North Eastern Bedouin schools, distributed among (157) schools. The study sample was randomly selected and consisted of (273) teachers. The descriptive descriptive method was used to suit the nature of the study. The study concluded that the degree of administrative transparency in the North Eastern Badia was medium. The results of the study indicate that there are differences of statistical significance due to gender variable, scientific qualification, and years of experience in all fields of administrative transparency. The study reached a number of recommendations, the most important of which were: To take into account the capabilities and capabilities of teachers when issuing laws, legislation and regulations relating to their work, and that the senior management to establish an open communication system between teachers in different schools, and that the decisions of senior management linked to the results of performance evaluation.
