This research studies Chomsky?s linguistic efforts from the perspective of linguistic studies in our Arabic culture, given the prominent and pivotal state this linguist holds in linguistic studies and the effort exerted in the field of linguistics . There is no wonder that connoisseurs of said efforts would find a cognitive crossroad with other languages. Therefore, the subject of our study lies in the Arabic linguistic cultural heritage, it being a subject worthy of follow-up in comparative studies that combine old and modern linguistic courses. mong the results attained in the conclusion of the chapter is that the grammatical system is the natural carrier of each language, and to emphasize the possibility of conducting comparative studies between Chomsky's linguistic efforts and what has been established in our Arab heritage in terms of grammar and thought, especially in Sibawayh's grammatical sayings and Abdul Qaher's concepts in systems, commentary and structure.
