1- Using the four language skills (Listening, Speaking, Reading and Writing) communicatively. 

2- Translate different types of texts from Arabic into English and vice versa.

3- Teaching English to non-native speake​rs.

4- Analyzing English Literary Texts at various linguistic and Literary levels.

5- Distinguishing between major literary and linguistic theories in the field of English language and literature.

6- Being quite familiar with various substantial aspects of English Culture.

7- Being able to satisfactorily communicate in two additional European languages​
