raduate students wishing to participate in the Hajj trip for the year 1447 AH should register their names at the Deanship of Student Affairs (Student Services and Welfare Department). Applicants must meet the following requirements:
1- Be a male graduate student.
2- Not have previously participated in a Hajj trip with the university.
3- Have no disciplinary record.
4- Be of Jordanian nationality only.
5- Selection will be based on cumulative GPA and completed credit hours.
6- Those who meet the above requirements must prepare the following documents:
- A passport valid for one year from the date of issue.
- Two passport-size photos with a white background.
- Military service booklet (travel permit stamp).
- Four-in-one vaccination certificate. - A cash payment of (400) dinars is required as a down payment.
- The deadline for registration is Monday, January 19, 2026, until 1:00 PM.
