Announcement regarding the commencement of receiving applications for admission (for international students) to postgraduate programs (Master's - Higher Diploma) outside of official working hours (Saturday) for the second semester of 2025/2026.

The College of Graduate Studies at Al al-Bayt University announces the opening of applications for admission to graduate programs for international students for the second semester of the 2025/2026 academic year at the university's Mafraq campus. Applications will be accepted through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's online admissions platform, starting Monday, December 15, 2025.

Required Documents
1- Submit an application through the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research's electronic admissions platform.

2- A certified copy of your university degree certificate (Bachelor's or equivalent).

4. A copy of the passport certified by the applicant's embassy.

5. Proof that undergraduate studies were full-time (not part-time) for graduates of non-Jordanian universities.

6. Approval from the relevant authority (cultural attaché or embassy) if required.

7. Syrian Community Service Card (for Syrian students).

8. Students from the following countries: Saudi Arabia (on scholarships only), Kuwait, Oman, Bahrain, Yemen, Iraq, and Malaysia, require approval from their respective cultural attachés in Jordan before completing their admission procedures.

9. Refugee students registered with UNHCR:

• A copy of proof of residency in Jordan (magnetic card and residency permit).

• A recent copy of the UNHCR letter.

• A copy of a valid passport (if available).
