Graduate Studies Council Meeting_ First Session of the Academic Year 2024-2025
On Wednesday 10/9/2024, the first session of the Graduate Studies Council was held in the college building. At the beginning of the meeting, the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Al-Khazaleh, welcomed the council members, and all the minutes' items related to student issues were discussed, which are as follows:
1. Introducing the instructions and policies of graduate studies at the university.
2. The council was informed of the most important achievements in the previous academic year.
3. A list of students who submitted applications for admission was presented and their acceptance was approved.
4. The methods and mechanisms that contribute to increasing the number of students accepted into the university were discussed.
5. The council was informed of the forms that are currently being computerized in coordination with the computer center.
6. Considering many of the submitted requests related to student issues at the university, such as cases of interruption and postponement.
7. Approving cases of transfer from the comprehensive track to the thesis.
