The Ministry of Higher Education announces the opening of unified admission applications for international students (non-Jordanians) wishing to study at Jordanian universities for the first semester of 2025-2026.
Talaba News - The International Student Affairs Unit at the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research announces the opening of unified admission applications for international students (non-Jordanians) wishing to study in various specializations, programs, and degrees at the beginning of the first semester of the academic year (2025/2026) at public Jordanian universities, in addition to the following private universities:
1. Applied Science Private University
2. Philadelphia Private University
3. Ibn Sina University for Medical Sciences
4. Aqaba University for Medical Sciences
5. Arab Open University
6. Ammon Applied University College
7. Luminus Technical University College
8. National University College of Technology
Note: Private universities not listed above are accepted by visiting the relevant university's website. The Ministry would like to clarify the following points:
1. The application process will begin this morning, Sunday, June 1, 2025, and will continue until the end of the working day on Wednesday, October 1, 2025, or when all available positions in various programs and specializations are filled. This will be done through the Unified Electronic Admissions System for International Students. Students can access the system, submit their application, and upload the required documents.
2. Students will pay the application fee of (35) Jordanian dinars only through the e-Fawateercom electronic payment service.
3. The Jordanian Ministry of Education will, through the same Unified Electronic Admissions System, review the student's high school documents and approve them or grant them a temporary equivalency grant.
4. Finally, the student will receive preliminary, conditional, or final acceptance from the relevant university, based on the student's choice. Otherwise, the application will be rejected, with an explanation of the reason for rejection.
5. Students may enter up to ten options in their application for admission to one or more universities.

The Ministry also notes that the admission process for incoming (non-Jordanian) students at the public Jordanian universities and the aforementioned private universities will only be completed by submitting an application through this electronic system, without the need to resort to any intermediary of any kind or pay any additional fees to any party.
