The department seeks a comprehensive review of all university policies and the university's strategic and executive plans.According to that, it came out with an integrated policy for quality and excellence that states: “Commitment to consolidate the culture of quality and institutionalize its principles, and fulfill the requirements of local and international standards through an effective participatory system for quality management based on ensuring the quality of inputs and the safety of operations, evaluation and review of the main and sub-performance results and indicators, and continuous improvement according to feedback and reference comparisons, in order to achieve the objectives of the educational process, learning outcomes, and labor market requirements and needs, which are followed up by senior management through an integrated set of key and operational performance indicators".

The Quality Assurance Department seeks to achieve comprehensive quality standards at Al al-Bayt University by applying academic quality standards and enabling these programs to achieve scientific and research excellence and advancement in the level of educational process outputs.

In order to achieve the vision and mission of the university in spreading the culture of quality and achieving quality standards among members of the teaching and administrative staff and university students, the department has been holding workshops to achieve this goal. It also prepared special forms that help spread this culture. The department has carried out many practices that contribute to the consolidation of the concept of quality in the university.

In the department's keenness on the university's distinction at all levels, we are working on drawing up a general policy to ensure quality at the university level. The department also follows up the faculty's implementation of comprehensive quality standards and their compliance with these standards.

With regard to the competency of graduates, the department analyzes the results of the university proficiency exam, finds weaknesses, addresses them with the relevant academic departments and strengths, and tries to improve them.
