A student at Al al-Bayt University launches an innovative 3D printing project.
With the support of the university president and the Dean of Student Affairs, student Mahmoud Abu Ghazaleh, a fourth-year student majoring in Renewable Energy Engineering at Al al-Bayt University, launched the Fox-Y-3D project. This project aims to transform digital ideas into tangible three-dimensional objects in an environmentally friendly and low-cost manner.
The project provides young people with the opportunity to develop their technical and scientific skills through practical experience in the world of digital production. It includes various applications, from university medals equipped with an electronic attendance recording system, to anti-septic medical structures and tools, archaeological and artistic models, and educational games.
Abu Ghazaleh emphasized that the use of environmentally friendly and water-resistant PLA materials makes the project environmentally friendly. He also seeks to spread awareness among young people and develop their mental and creative skills.
It is worth mentioning that Abu Ghazaleh is a member of the We are All Jordan Youth Commission and a certified trainer at the Ministry of Youth and the Crown Prince Foundation, and he is working to integrate 3D printing in the fields of education, health, and the arts.
