National Youth Dialogue Events and Specialized Training on Local Administration and Local Governance
The Deanship of Student Affairs, in cooperation with the Sanad Association for Intellectual and Youth Action, held the National Youth Dialogue and specialized training on local administration and local governance, which is organized by the Department of Political Education, Educational and Social Guidance in cooperation with the Sanad Association for Intellectual and Youth Action in various governorates of the Kingdom.
This week, the dialogues target the youth of Mafraq and Jerash governorates, where the events are organized at Al al-Bayt University over two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, October 7 and 8, 2025, from 11 am to 3 pm.
These dialogues will extend over two months and aim to open constructive discussions with young people in various governorates of the Kingdom to come up with national recommendations related to the local administration and governance file.
The opening events were attended by the Assistant Dean of Student Affairs, Dr. Lotfi Al-Masaeed, and the Head of the Student Organizations and Political Education Division, Mr. Muhammad Shawaqfeh, where Dr. Al-Masaeed welcomed the attendees and those in charge of the initiative from the Sanad Association.
It is worth mentioning that these events are part of the project to enhance the participation of Jordanian youth in local governance, which is implemented by the Sanad Association with the support of the King Abdullah II Fund for Development, within the framework of the Empowerment project to support political projects.
