The Vice President for Administrative Affairs and Institutional Development, Professor Dr. Muhannad Nazzal, opened a training workshop for newly appointed faculty members at the university, in line with the university's vision of institutionalizing and sustaining work. Nazzal affirmed during the workshop the necessity of holding such courses, which would increase the ability of faculty members to keep pace with modern developments in the learning and teaching process and integrate e-learning within the training process.

Dr. Nazzal explained the university's approach in following a policy of development and renewal in the qualification of new faculty members and informing them of the instructions, regulations and laws applied at Al al-Bayt University through training courses and workshops held by the Quality and Development Center.

The Quality and Development Center is holding a series of training courses during the current week that include several topics, most notably: the ethics of university education, scientific research and social responsibility, preparing tests and evaluating student learning - strategy, tools, laws, regulations and university instructions, effective university teaching methods, e-learning and the use of technology in education, and quality policies and procedures at the university.​
