Announcement of Procedures for Completing the Admission of New Students Accepted Through Objections to the Royal Generosity for the Children of Military Personnel and Retirees for the First Semester of the Academic Year 2024/2025
Students accepted through objections to the Royal Generosity for the Children of Military Personnel and Retirees must complete their admission before the end of the working day on Tuesday, 15/10/2024; otherwise, they will be considered to have declined and will lose their right to the seat. For information on procedures and details:
Al al-Bayt University invites students accepted through the Unified Admission Coordination Unit or objections related to the Royal Decree for the children of military personnel and retirees, or due to misselection, transfers, or children of Jordanian women, or requests to transfer from one major to another or from one university to another for students benefiting from the Royal Decree for the children of tribes in the Jordanian Badia schools and schools with special circumstances for the first semester of the academic year 2024/2025. The procedures for completing their admission will be conducted electronically (no need to visit the university) starting from the morning of Wednesday, September 25, 2024, until the end of the working day on Tuesday, October 15, 2024. Any delay beyond the specified date will result in the student being considered withdrawn and losing their right to their seat according to the following procedures:
1. Obtain the university number and know the amount of fees required to be paid through the university's website. Click here.
2. The required fees, which were obtained from the link in item 1 above, should be paid through any e-Fawateercom service, at the nearest bank branch, exchange shops, or any entity participating in the e-payment service Fawateercom.
Important Notes:
- After fully paying the required fees through the e-payment service, the student must take the placement exams in (Arabic language, English language, and computer skills). To know the dates of the placement exams, the student must log into the student portal using the university number as the username and the password (seat number) (click here to access the student portal) within 24 hours of paying the fees.
- Courses for new students will be registered within (48) hours of taking the three placement exams (without the need to visit the university).
Students can view or print their class schedule through the university's website. Click here to see your schedule using the national ID number for Jordanian students, the serial number for non-Jordanian students, or just the seat number, or through the student portal (click here to access the student portal).
Jordanian and non-Jordanian students accepted through the unified admission process can access the student portal only once using their university number, while the password will be their seat number. Students must change their password and activate their mobile phone number during their first login to the portal.
The university ID will be issued to students later, and the Deanship of Student Affairs will announce the date and location for distributing the university IDs.
After completing the admission and registration procedures, students are required to visit the university's website to review the student guide from the student portal and the instructions related to obtaining a bachelor's degree at the following link: (www.aabu.edu.jo).
Jordanian male students must defer their military service booklet during the first semester from the Military Service Office within the university before the date of 10/11/2024; otherwise, they will not be able to register for courses in the upcoming second semester.
