The Effect of Teaching Strategies (Command and practice Strategy) to Improve the Coordinative Abilities And to Learn Some Gymnastics Skills
This study aimed to identify the effect of teaching strategy using both the command and practice strategyto improve the coordinative abilities and to learn some Gymnastics Skills.This studywas conducted on a sample of female students of forth grade in secondary school in Mafraq(Alameera Alia Bnt Al Hussein) During the period from 10/10/2015 to 20/12/2015, the sample of the study consisted of (30) female students that were chosen intentionally, it was divided into two groups,(15) for each one, the first group was taught using command strategy and the second group was taught by the practice strategy. The researcher used the experimental method because it is appropriate with the nature of study.The study found that the both strategies have positive effect in improving the coordinative abilities and learning some Gymnastics Skills with a clear preference of statistically significant in favor of practice strategy to improve the coordinative abilities and learning some Gymnastics Skills. the researcher recommended to activate the teaching strategies in physical education lesson.
